Deliveries & Returns

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed however we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated time.


Our last date for pre-Christmas delivery is the 19th December, 2023. Any orders placed after this point will be shipped from the 3rd of January, 2024 when our Christmas elves return to work.

Please note we will not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  We cannot be held responsible for late/failed deliveries for reasons outside of our control i.e., in the cases of adverse weather conditions. At this moment specific delivery times and days cannot be agreed at any time in the order process.

Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery for UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland is within 5-10 working days and the charges are as follows:

  • Lengths of up to 3 metres or 3kgs will be charged at £6.50 Inc. VAT
  • Lengths of over 3 metres or 3kgs will be charged at £13.50 Inc. VAT
  • Orders Over £300 – Free Delivery

We hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 28 days from the dispatch of your order. If you wish to return goods please contact us to let us know within 14 days of dispatch of your order. All goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in an unused resalable condition. For fabrics this means they must remain uncut. Please check all fabrics before you enter into an agreement with a designer or maker or use the fabric in this way. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on all our fabric remnant bundles, by agreeing to purchase these items, you are accepting our terms and conditions. We will not process refunds on items that have been used, unless they are faulty. If you return products by post, please ensure you package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.

For high-value items we recommend you insure the item and retain some proof of postage in the event that the products go missing, as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification of return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on our Made-to-Order services such as cushions or any bespoke item you have asked us to make on your behalf.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or are suspected to be faulty, we will be happy to provide replacements or offer a refund as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Service team on 020 7722 0997 Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm or email An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. It may be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty goods or in more severe cases, we may choose to collect the damaged products from you for investigation.
